OustmART: Clay Day with Maggie Day

Inspired by the ceramic artworks of Jennifer Ling Datchuk, participants will create their own “fan frames” decorated with narrative scenes. Using clay, cookie cutters, and underglazes, each participant will design colorful fan frames that will be kiln-fired by artist Maggie Day and available for pickup the following week. This workshop is limited to 20 participants. Please follow the link to register and secure your spot.

Maggie Day is a ceramic-based multimedia installation artist from Las Cruces, New Mexico. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from New Mexico State University in 2017 and her Master of Fine Arts in 2021. Day currently teaches ceramics at NMSU and El Paso Community College.
